is your order delayed?

Canada Post is experiencing longer delivery times due to mandatory COVID-19 restrictions and precautions. On-time delivery guarantees have been suspended until further notice as Canada Post works through record levels.

We do not control Canada Post shipping times. If there are delays with your order, we cannot see any additional information beyond what is currently shown on the tracking link. 

Q: Why is my package not moving?

A: If your package is scanned in Richmond, BC – then your package is en route.

Q: Why don’t you use a different carrier?

A: We are forced to use Canada Post as they are the most lenient with cannabis.
