So far so good… I apply it on my knuckles prn,I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and I notice a positive change about 30 minutes after application My fingers are less painfull and less stiff,but the pain is still present but less incapacitating.This is encouraging for me and I will continue to use it when needed. C'est la.seule crème qui peut me soulager la 1000 est encore mieux mais je fonctionne très bien avec celle ci .... et je l'ai recommandé à plusieurs personnes et ils ont adorés...
