I approximately have tried taking 1/2 to 2 full syringes for my insomnia and found little to no change my sleep pattern. I put it under my tongue with each dose and kept it there as long as I could. Very disappointed with the results. I regret my purchase.

CACBD Tinc
I replaced the Diamond CBD oil with the CBD Tinc 3000 mg. So far very positive, my wife started using it as well. She has a bad knee and is awaiting surgery, after two weeks she notices a positive difference in her knee and less pain. No flare ups....only early yet but so far so good.
