I ordered 28g of this and it never came. After being run through the ringer by support, Giovanni agreed to send the missing ounces from my order. When I got the shipment the product that was sent to me was without doubt the lowest quality product ***** sells, I think Citrique it was called.
So to recap, I ordered Sour Kush, it didn't come with the rest of the order, I had to fight customer service, as usual be treated like a crook, and then out of spite or ineptitude I was sent some really poor quality bud that tasted like hay, that was almost black in colour, full of leaf stems, and had long stalks hanging out under the base of the buds. This was definitely not the bud I ordered, it was not even in the same quality class. Combative customer service dept. is going to **** this business. ***** used to be my only stop for bud online, now it is literally my last choice, because the customer service is so ****, particularly Giovanni. If they screw up and fail to ship 2 items in an 8 or 9 item order, the customer should not be treated like a war criminal to get the problem fixed. The problem is in shipping, they should be using accountability tracking software. when an order is filled, every pre-weighed bag of product should be bar code scanned into the shipping bag and then before the order is shipped, it should be re-scanned and weighed to ensure the correct weight for the contents.
Then they know 100% if the items were shipped or not.
Because they don't do this, they put the burden of proof on the customer and treat them like they are under suspicion of fraud. It's backwards and broken. Because they don't know for sure if things are shipped properly they treat the customer (who just wants what he paid for) like a crook. I think Giovani's grasp of English is weak and/or he shortens his messages by leaving words out of the correspondence like you might do in a text message to a friend. When you are doing business, take the ****** time and type full sentences and use punctuation. We're not buddies, this is business correspondence not two pals sending sloppy text messages to each other. I'm Sorry James, your CS manager and his policies **** really hard.
