Bought this to help with some intense muscle cramping and pain from a pinched nerve and this made a night and day difference with the relentless aching. Quick to work and long lasting. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Be sure to wash your hands after as this has a strong menthol/wintergreen cooling effect.
